I HAVEN'T SLEPT ENOUGH. D8
K, so I went to see the Oscar night live at a movie theatre yesterday(/today). @-@
Due to timezones, I met up with friends at 9pm to eat something, then we saw "Good Night and Good Luck" at that movie theatre till about midnight, then there was the red carpet show and thennnnnn at 2 friggin'am, the actual Academy Awards show started. XDD



The Joys of Cinema

My hair is all OMGMedusaaaaa in the last pic. 8D;; But yeah, that's pretty much what we looked like after, oh, 7 hours of sitting in the dark with our backs hurting and eyes drooping. 8>;;
Oh, and wasn't George Clooney just HANDSOME? XDD I'm disturbed to admit it, but he (and Will Smith @-@) become better looking the older they get! XD Keanu Reeves was nice, too. X)
The host was quite cool, though I had no idea who he was. XD


...I think I'm gonna try and get some more sleep. XD *LOSER*

Oh gawd x) I didn't even think of how late it came on in other parts of the world, but then again, if I had the energy, staying up late to watch the Oscars would be fun!

So did they show it at a movie theatre.....?

Ya, it was fun! XDDD Quite tiring in the later hours, but fun. 8)
Yeah :00 Like... live from L.A. on a big screen XDD Of course we could've also seen it live on television, but it's more fun with friends & food xDDD

d00d, the host kept coming up with all these lame-in-a-smart-way jokes; half the time I was rolling on the floor, and the other half, blinking owl-ishly going "BUH?!"

X3 *forgot you live in Germany, so they'd air the acadamy awards at insane hours* You had fun, though, so... X3

Na klaro! XDD Ich meine, wenn man schonmal da ist und bezahlt hat... 8D;; Gegen Ende (so um halb 6 XD; ) sind wir allerdings früher gegangen, nachdem sie den Award für den besten Film verliehen haben. XD

I watched the whole show at home, but I pretty much looked like you did, haha. (it started at 2 am over here as well) and yeah, George was a reaaaaaal stud. Did ya see how that report-woman-whatevz kept touching him while asking him questions on the red carpet? I mean, like, she couldn't keep her hands of him, jeez. :O

Jake Gylenhaal was pretty cute too, in mah humble opinion.

NOOO! DON'T SLEEP. You said it yourself; sleep is for losers. *hasn't slept in 3 days looool* *headdesk*

Is Jake the dude from Brokeback Mountain? :0 He's cuuute. I don't like Heath Ledger that much even. And omgz... when they had those clips show from BBM and I heard his original voice... I WAS LIKE WTF. XD;;; I think it's horrible. AND HE WAS MUMBLING SO BAD THAT I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND A WORD.
